How to make a farmhouse pizza at home.

These days all the restaurants are all closed; you know why because of the lockdown  . So I'll tell you step by step how to make a appetizing and healthy pizza.

Ingredients: Yeast,oil,all purpose flour,vegetables(of your choice), lukewarm water, sugar, pizza sauce,salt

METHOD:
Stage 1: How to make the pizza base.
  • Take some yeast, sugar, and lukewarm water. Mix them in a bowl and keep them aside.
  • Put some all purpose flour in a bowl, put some salt (as per your taste), some oil and mix it with your fingers.
  • After this, add your mixture of yeast and sugar in the bowl.
  • Slowly mix all these ingredients with some more lukewarm water.
  • Keep mixing the ingredients until they form a thick dough. 
  • Take the dough out of the bowl and keep rolling it until it stops sticking to your hand.
  • You can also apply some oil on your hand if you want.
  • Now before putting the dough in the bowl, apply some oil on the surface and sides of the bowl, then apply some oil on the dough and wrap the the dough in a damp muslin cloth. 
  • Keep it aside for 2 hours.
  • Now when you take the dough it will be double in size. 
YOUR BASE IS READY!!
Stage 2: How to make the pizza.
  • Now you need to cut the vegetables you want decorate the pizza with them.(adult supervision required.) 
  • Now cut the dough into 3 pieces.(adult supervision required.) 
  • Roll them with a rolling pin.
  • Apply some pizza sauce on the base. 
  • Then top it with some vegetables you cut before.
  • And then apply some mozzarella cheese on the pizza.
  • Keep the pizza on a grill ,keep it in the microwave, set the microwave on pizza mode and allow it to bake.(adult supervision required.) 
  • Do the same with the other 2 bases as well.
  • You can also make a cheese pizza , just don't add the vegetables and follow the same process for the base  and the pizza.
Your pizza is ready!!
